Job Purpose: Provides service to guests by greeting guests and operating our point of sale system Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Provides service excellence by acknowledging and welcoming guests entering the food venue, promptly entering information into the POS system, collecting and processing payment and returning change, if applicable, following established procedures, taking food and beverage orders, responding to guest requests, and delivering purchased food items to guests at the counter.
